Flood watches are in effect around the southern White Mountains. Saco River may soon spill over her banks. We've had lots or rain and warm temperatures, more on the way. Be careful with crossings and snow bridges!

Has anyone seen winter? Would you please give it back?

I know the whole "global warming" thing is a horse that's near dead, but let's whip it some more: I'm not used to mid-January thunderstorms with hurricane-force winds and frankly, I can't work on my turns without snow.

Would whoever took our winter away please give it back? Thanks.
