Hike: Catamount State Forest, 6/7 Survey

I will be doing a walking survey and road/trail flagging in Catamount SF (Mass) this Sunday June 7th 10AM to plan of work trips in June and July. I plan to summit Pocumtuck Mountain. Lots of scrambling. If you would like to join me and see the carnage, send a PM for details.

I will send out the work trip dates/arrangements next week. On one of the two work days with involve a crew from SCA/Americorps.

I can't make this one, but am eager to hear how it goes!

For those who haven't been to Catamount, it's a beautiful hidden gem. For history buffs, it was the location of the first ever schoolhouse to fly the American flag.
