Hiking in Whites Friday & Saturday 9/1 & 9/2

I will be continuing to work on my 48 list on Friday and Saturday of this week. The weather is supposed to be great! I still need:

Cabot
Waumbek
Carrigain
South Kinsman
Zealand

I would be up for the whole Kilkenney Ridge if anyone is game.

It would be fun to have company, so please let me know if you are interested.

Do it! Do the whole Kilkenny Ridge. It's a long car spot from the fish hatchery but worth it. That's a beautiful area and you'll get the amazing views and experience of being on the Horn, the peakbagging of the Bulge and the Weeks, and the fun of Cabot and Waumbek.

Kilkenney Ridge Saturday

Okay, plans are coming together. Friday, I will likely do either Zealand or South Kinsman.

Saturday the plan is for Kilkenney Ridge, which I am assuming would also include Starr King. This is approximately 24 miles, so an early start is necessary. If possible, it would be a good idea to spot a car Friday night at the north end and hike south to north, so that the car retrieval isn't a killer at the end of the day. Sugggestions welcome.
