how do i post pics

i have 8 pics from zealand. how do i post the group of them. its saying no. how do you all do it?

This site doesn't really host pictures, it's too much disk space and there are other performance issues. Find a nice free online image site (I use webshots.com) and place them there, then link to them in your message.

1) To start with you need a server somewhere that will host them. Some folks have their own web page for this - like Bob & Gerri and myself (for some of my shots) . For most of my shots I use a server hosted by an AT group I belong to, and there are some film procressing sites, notably webshots which are free but have a time limit on how long your stuff stays up.

So then the steps are

2) upload your photos to the hosting server. Details will vary depending on the hosting service.

3) capture the URL of the photos - bring them up and go to the browsers location field and hit Control-C.

4) paste this into your report here using the URL tag (the little blue icon) or the image tag (the little yellow icon).

The first step is the most important to figure out. Look on the Webshots page for how to join that site. Many folks here use it (I don't), they can give details and hints.
