Ice on Flowed Lands

Anyone know what the conditions are? Is it frozen enough to cross for Cliff and Redfield yet?

On Sunday, Dec. 31, tiny brook in the RPR/Giant col was open and running and Chapel Pond was wide open, Thursday Dec. 28 Herbert Brook was running quite good as well, so with yesterday rain I doubt that one can safely crossed the Opalescent which is rather wide through Flowed Lands.

Too early to safely cross. While you might find some spots that support your weight, the streams flowing into F.L. moving underneath the ice causes soft spots.
If you wait until Feb, I'd like to get in there and try Cliff from Livingston Pond.
