From another posting:
Entabeni Systems, owners of Indy Pass, has purchased Black Mountain in New Hampshire from the Fichera family and plans to then turn Black Mountain into a community-owned co-op starting next year.

Indy Pass' Managing Director Erik Mogensen will relocate to New Hampshire where he will serve as the General Manager of the ski area and Andy Shepard, who has worked to save many independent ski areas over more than 2 decades, has become Director of Community Engagement for Indy Pass and will assist in the next phase of ownership under co-op model. Doug Fichera who has grown up on the mountain since 1995 has also been named the Director of Mountain Operations.

They announced the purchase and their plans today in a community meeting at the ski area and also detailed both their plans for next season as well as some upgrades to snowmaking, grooming, ticketing systems, and food and beverage services, as well as changes to their ski school offering and a commitment to the uphilling community.
