Info on the Santanoni's

I will finishing the 46 on one of the Santanoni's during my 7/5 - 7/7 trip. Could someone tell me what the trail conditions are as far as the infamous mud is concerned. Also, a recent trip report would be great. Thanks!!

I did not think the mud was bad at all and I was there the first weekend in June about a month ago. HERE is my report.

I was there yesterday, we did the loop, and it is not so bad, only a few places. Between Time Square and Couch. one place the mud is deeper, but easy to pass. Btw TS and Santanoni it is almost dry and the new trail is ok too.

Fairly dry on Santanoni last week, we did bushwhack most of it though. The parts we did do on trail were not bad.

I was there the same day as Yvon w Gail, Mimi, and Prino and thought the trail in from the road was muddier than the trail between Times Square and Couch. I think we lucked out at the Couch swamp, the water level being fairly low and the swamp was easily passible.
