Is Lakes of Clouds Hut still open

Am planning on Ammo - Edmands loop sunday 9/11 and was hoping to stop in Lakes of Clouds for a water fill up. Reading a trip report from last Sept 18 the hut was closed except for the basement for emergency. Is this right? When do the huts close up? Wanted to go light on water bottles but I'll compensate if I have to. One more thing, is there a parking area at Edmands to drop a second vehicle and about what time does it fill up? Thanks again
