A couple of us may be out there the beginning of August. The pictures I've seen of the "pond" don't seem to include water.
How about fish in Wild River or it's tributaries ?

Yup, there's a pond there. It's pretty boggy/marshy and that is probably why the pictures you've seen don't show much water.

As a vegan I can't speak from experience about the fishing in the WR valley but I know plenty of folks who fish the Wild and its tributaries. I think they are mostly pulling trout out of there. Apparently there is pretty good fishing to be had.

It's a lovely area, I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

There is a pond at No Ketchum Pond, although it is not much to speak of. The name would suggest a lack of fish but I have heard rumors otherwise. Fishing in the Wild is good. Native brook and wild rainbow trout. I have not fished the tributaries but I have heard reports that there are fish in most of them.
