For those following the saga of the Old Mountain Road in Keene (is it a ski trail or a road?), you can find an update here:

As you may, DEC Commissioner Pete Grannis ruled that the trail had never been legally abandoned and therefore it remains a town road. Now a DEC attorney is asking Grannis to "clarify" his decision.
