We hiked a figure eight, ascending Winslow, going down to the parking lot from the summit by Rollins and back up by the top of the Lincoln Trail and then down the Barlow. All trails were muddy in places, the Barlow the worst. Otherwise, trails in great shape. A little ice, no blowdowns or crossing issues.
We easily bare-booted but it will be icy with the subsequent cool-down. Orange again the color choice of the day.
Super views with dark clouds and bright sun intermixed. Clear shots of the Boston high rises as well as many of the Whites.
