Went up Airline to Short line into King ravine, then up Chemin Des Dames back to Airline, then up Mt. Madison. Return back the same way.
Sat. weather cleared - sunny, warm, but very windy. Wind chills weren't too bad though.
Wind-proof gear and crampons+trekking poles useful for the ice after the rain on Friday. No need for ice axe etc.
Chemin des dames was an awesome scramble up steep snow - really cool. On the way down, the snow was wet and slushy - ice axe would have been helpful to aid in glissade, but was not really mandatory.
All in all - very cool!
