Just wondering how everyone is able to get a neat little picture on the left side of their post under their name...everything is easy...if you know how to do it

Go to "User CP" in the upper left. Once you're there, click "Edit Avatar" and from there just follow the instructions. Not too difficult.

last time i knew, the picture had to be no bigger than 150x150 pixels. so take any photo you want, edit it in a photo editor software and save it at 150x150. the go into user options and choose your avitar.

Pretty neat! Thanks Doc & Adk dib...should be fun playing with this from time to time.
Also another very good reason to get a digital camera! Then I could learn how to post trip pictures as so many others do...I love looking @ pictures posted of peoples hikes! Nice to look @ and many times very informative
