Long Trail Guides Available

As was posted by pedxing on RoT, the new Long Trail Guide and E2E are now and soon to be available

I spoke with someone at GMC this morning...I don't think they actually have the E2E yet, but are planning to be able to ship them THIS Friday (not the 21st as it says on their website). The Guide seems to be ready to go.

That's just barely in time for me. I will begin my northbound thru-hike on 2 July from Upper Goose Pond (in the Berkshires) after spending a week there caretaking. The woman I spoke to took my name and made a note to be sure to send mine ASAP because of my departure date. Any others planning to begin a LT hike soon might want to call and do the same.

The newest edition of the Long Trail Guide was being sold at the GMC annual meeting last Saturday, 6/9/7

I got my E2E guide and the new LT Guide in the mail from the GMC yesterday. The E2E guide is much improved from 2005 - not sure how it compares to the 2006.
