Anyone traveled the Edmunds Path up Eisenhower recently....as in last couple of days? Was wondering the conditions. I'm bringing the crampons, but can't fit my snowshoes because my bag is small. Do you think I'll need them? Sat. looks sunny and cooler than the last few days, so I'm thinking probably not. But any suggstions would be great.

I haven't been up that trail, well, ever, but I have been up the the Northern Presidentials the last 3 weekends in a row. I didn't use the snowshoes once on any of those trips. I don't even think I carried them. Last weekend the snow up there was going, going, fast!

I haven't been paying any attention to the weather up there, so....
I'd say stick em in your car "just in case" if it makes you feel better.
