Loon Lake Mt. fire tower

Is anybody interested in attending a meeting, probably in Saranac Lake, on the Loon Lake Mt. fire tower? A committee is needed to oversee the rehab of the tower and its continued maintenance. With easement deals in the works, a trail across timberlands to the summit is a real possibility.

Laurie and I will be up in the ADKs quite a bit this winter. Let me know when the meeting is. I doubt we will get really involved, but Laurie has a lot of experience with restoring fire towers.
