Trail Conditions:
The Valley Way segment of this 4.5 mile loop was already well broken out, and we broke trail for the remainder of the loop on the Inlook, Kelton, and Brookside segments.
We guesstimated that in many spots along our route, there was about 2 feet of light fluffy powdery snow, and perhaps another foot or so of hard base beneath the powder.
Blowdowns were not a major issue. There were no blowdowns on the Valley Way segment that we traversed. The other trails in this loop had some blowdowns, but all were easily negotiated by going over or under them.
All water crossings were ice-bridged.
