Hi Everyone,
Yesterday on my way home from the whites my sister and I came across a dog running loose on the Kanc heading towards Champney Falls. We stopped and tried to call him to us but he kept on taking off into the woods. A few other cars stopped and tried to get a hold of him as well but with no luck.
This morning I spoke with a lady at the ranger station and she informed me the dog has been missing for three days and the owners have been looking all over for him. They had been hiking on Chamney Falls when the dog got loose.
He is a Weimeraner and his name is Miles. Anyone travelling in that area please keep a look out for him as I'm sure the owners are devastated. He is wearing a collar with tags. The dog looked to be in good condition but I'm sure he is getting hungry by now.
