This hike was done from the Garden to the Ranger's cabin and up the Range trail. The recent storm left from six to ten inches of new snow. The trail to the interior sign in kiosk is packed and fairly smooth. A few rocks still poke through, but some people were skiing. The Southside trail is not broken. The lower Range trail to Wolfjaw Notch is now broken. From the Notch to the summit the trail is packed. There is some ice. The trail to Upper Wolfjaw appears to be packed. The Wedge Brook trail from the Ausable Club appears to be packed.
