Maine Mountain Conference 10.21.06

I was just checking out the Maine Appalachian Trail Land Trust's website and noticed some info regarding The Maine Mountain Conference, scheduled for October 21, 2006 in Rangeley. This is the first conference in 34 years devoted to the problems and opportunities facing the Mountains of Maine.

For those interested, check out their website. They have an informational brochure and full event schedule available for download and you can register online. The cost to attend is $35.00. Just thought I'd pass this along for anyone interested. Enjoy!

By the way, the principles for the Redington Wind Farm project saturated the early-mid August issue of the Rangeley Highlander newspaper with promotional materials.
