Marcy-Panther Gorge-Haystack - Dec. 9-10

Been wanting to do this one for a while, now .VH Trail from the Loj, up and over Marcy down to Four Corners; camp in Panther Gorge Sat. night. Sunday, climb up Haystack and back out.

OK, so I guess this will be a solo trip . Anyone been up that face of Haystack (from Panther Gorge) with full pack this time of year? I imagine that there isn't much snow yet, but plenty of thin ice. -BVH
