I recently came across a mention of the Maskoma Trail which was built in 1937 to connect Smarts to Cardigan via a 20 mile trail. I have figured out where the trail came off Smarts and went down to Cummins Pond at the southeastern foot of Smarts, but I can't find any references to the trail anywhere that have a description of the route let alone a map.
I would love to try and figure out the route this former trail took. I hoping some of the historians on here can help me!

Thanks!
