Mt Abraham via Battel Trail

Glorious fall day - pale yellow birch leaves, some curling beech leaves, other leaves the color of luna moths already on the ground - the rains the last few days brought down the pastel greens.

Trail in outstanding shape - we've been doing the LT "side to side," and haven't yet found an approach trail that is not in excellent shape. Kudos to the trail crews and trail and shelter adopters!
