Excellent conditions throughout.
Bugs: Some noted just above treeline when we sat for a snack. Summit of Adams had a large variety of bugs: what seemed to be bees, wasps, spiders, black flies and 2 or 3 other small varieties. None seemed to be biting though. None noted at the top of Madison. A couple mozzies at the parking (Appalachia).
