trails: hale brook, zealand rd.
conditions: well packed out all the way. real nice snowshoeing through the switchbacks and above.
equipment: usual winter gear. snowshoes recommended to keep the trail nice especially with the incoming warm weather. could bareboot if so desired.
comments: nice day. first hike in the whites this winter. nice filtered views on the way up and from the top of the summit cairn.
