Date of Hike: 2-4-2017
Trail Conditions: Mt Kearsarge North trail had predominantly packed snow with a light dusting of fresh snow on top. There was a noticably thinner and icy-er pack down low which prgresses to deeper snow at higher elevations. Light traffic on trail, passed a few hikers and had the fire tower to ourselves.
Special Equipment Required: Micropikes recommended.
Comments: Enjoyed the warmth of the sun heated fire tower at the top. The summit was 9 degrees with a 20mph wind, -11 below with wind chill.
