conditions: sloppy monorail right from start. hard packed after steps. new snow started before shelter 2" heading towrd mt. blue snow was 4-6" till top
equiptment: micro spikes till steps the crampons to shelter, switching to snowshoes to top
equiptment: couldn't have done steeps without crampons. hard packed and slick. lots of snow up top makng trail hard to follow through open sectons. snow dripping of trees as like walking in the rain, soaked. second trail of day havng to break out. SPRING? tough trail!
