Avalon from Crawford Depot to Willey Range - as earlier guest post remarked, small monorail about 1/4 mile from junction of Willey Range, no big deal. Maybe 1 blowdown.
Avalon was a veritable highway of families hiking.
Willey Range to summit- a little snow left but again easy to step around.
Willey Range down to A-Z junction - easy and mostly dry except for brief .1 mile snowy patch.
A-Z from Willey Range Trail to Crawford Depot - dry with only a few muddy spots.
Conditions: Very windy, making it brisk at summit yet keeping the bugs away. Great views and a wonderful start to summer hiking season.
