Report: Finally visited the Northeast Kingdom of VT and did a traverse of Mt. Pisgah, heading south-to-north (with car-spot) This is one heck of an awesome half-day hike. The views from the outlooks just north of the summit of Lake Willoughby are absolutely outstanding. Easily worth the looooooooong drive up there.
Conditions: Very little mud, no blowdowns, trail is very well maintained.
Special Equipment: Birdsuit to jump off the ledges and land in Lake Willoughby =)
Other Notes: Lyndonville Diner on the way up is phenominal (I don't have a relationship with them) and there are 2-3 spots cleared for camping near the summit of Mt. Pisgah.
