Update 10/11: Mount Washington State Park remains closed today due to ongoing winter conditions. No services are available. This morning, the summit is currently at 25 F with winds out of the north at 65-75 mph. Wind chill value is 3 F.
The Auto Road and Cog Railway are both operating to mid-mountain but are not bringing guests to the summit.

10/10 Park staff awoke to full winter conditions at the summit this morning!
A little snow accompanied by temperatures in the mid-20s today, winds up to 60 mph, and wind chill values in the single digits remind us that winter comes early at the top of New England!
The Mount Washington Auto Road and Mount Washington Cog Railway are not operating fully to the summit today, but they are still open for mid-mountain travel.
