The Mt Washington Commission runs the summit complex. The lead is the Yankee building but it goes into other summit issues.

Thanks for posting. I often wonder what the end game is in terms of expanding various facilities, like trail head parking. At some point, the wilderness becomes suburban, unless there is a population decline, which doesn't seem likely in the near future. Seems the White Mountains will eventually just become a large theme park.
