Both trails were wet in places but nowhere near what we expected after 4th of July heavy rains. Water crossing just above hut was tricky, particularly for dogs. Water was high and swift but easy to walk in. On the way back we were able to rock hop it. Puddles and mud were frequent but much of the trail was simply damp.
No special equipment needed.
The wind picked up around noon but never was an issue, in fact, it kept the bugs away. Lots of activity on this trail.
