Trails - Pine Bend up (preferred route) and Sabbaday Falls for the descent
Condition - nice packed trail the entire way. There were quite a few water crossings on Sabbaday Falls Tr. Although all had ice bridges, each of those had "sketchy" sections. Our group, while we had fun with the loop, would recommend going in and out on Pine Bend
Equip - light traction, and snowshoes with heel lifts for the steep sections
Misc - mostly wooded, but you can feel the breeze on the ridge; intermittent views north to Mt. Washington and Carrigain Notch; nice view spot on Middle
