Trail Conditions: Dusting of snow at the TH, all but gone by PM. By the cascades 1/2 - 1" of snow. Tons of recently fallen leaves on the trail w/ snow made for slick going. First Nancy Brook crossing a bit tricky (half of rocks covered in ice), went up about 15' to do the deed. Trail is in great shape maintenance-wise.
Special Equipment Required: Light traction would have been very helpful going downhill (butt-plants: 1), I found poles essential for the slick brook crossings.
Comments: Bretton Woods area did continue to get snow last night. 302 was somewhat icy this morning, still a little ice in the PM. The major mountains in the notch were extremely white
