Yes tryed for them all last may '07....snow so deep and not seeing the herd path slowed us to one peak that 3 day outting... now just lettem stop us

Things should be a lot wasier now. I would use the new old herd path to Sant.

Next up santa/panther

How is it to climb???Im thinking there is less mudd by this route..The turn is just before the pond right???? then over to panther...Is there water on this new/old trail??or water up before as you can get water the other way up the brook

Footing should be a lot easier from what I understand as the path is not eroded. Panther Brook up to times square can be rough on the feet as you walk right in the stream most of the time.

Sorry I can't anwer the rest of your questions as I have never gone this route.
