Mt. Kinsman Trail in good shape all the way to Kinsman Ridge Trail. Most of the muddy spots were frozen semi solid. No blow downs. A few icy sections on the upper Mt. Kinsman Trail and the Kinsman Ridge Trail north of North Kinsman that were easily avoided.
A beautiful job on the new Kinsman Pond shelter. Very nice effort. I'll be looking forward to staying there next year.

Around 1pm EDT 11/19/09 we stepped up to the summit of South Kinsman, which completed my first round of the NH4K's at age 47. What a great project. This was one of the best things I have done in my life. Terrific fun. Only wish my best dog Heather had lived to see them finished.
