trails: mt. osecola
conditions: a mix of wet and dry the whole way. a bit muddy down low. small patches of ice particularly around the sidehill slabs higher up and above that point to osceola summit. a very few tiny patches of ice to east peak. chimney had some dark wet spots that may have been icy. used the bypass both ways which was totally dry.
equipment: nothing special.
comments: a nice hike on the osceolas. was not my original plan, but decided to sleep in a bit later this morning. really great conditions. great views and nice cool fall temps. good to be out.
