Not enough sleep
Poor breakfast choice
Breakfast takes revenge
On trail at 6:15am
Weather perfect
River crossings easy
Trout are jumping
Slide steep
MichaelJ catches up near summit having started over two hours later!
Owl's Head a busy summit!
