Parking For Tremont

Last Sunday the little parking area on Rt. 302 for Mt. Tremont was not plowed. Does anyone know if A) it is plowed now and B) is it plowed regularly during the winter. If no to either of these, what is the best alternative? I thought about just rolling my car into a ditch or maybe the Saco River but my Partner told me, "not with her in the car." Thanks!

It's not plowed. You just pull off RT 302 as best you can. If you are really concerned about safety, you could park at Sawyer River Rd parking area a mile or two further north and walk back to the trailhead.
