Parked at Ferncroft with plenty of room on this day..
Trails: Old Mast Rd: wide and easy, little narrower after the Wilderness Boundary, no issues;
Lawrence Trail: a few obstacle blowdowns otherwise no issues...appears to be at least 12 switchbacks...couple of small brooks in there which provided water source for the 2 dogs today;
Walden Trail: couple of blowdowns again really no issues;
Wonalancet Range Trail and Short Cut: no issues..
Large part of these trails have good footing and not many eroded spots, also very nicely shaded...nice views from Paugus while the other viewpoints are getting grown in...saw only 3 other hikers, everyone must have been on Whiteface or Passaconaway...!!
