Pawtuckaway visitor
Last Saturday, due to family obligations, my son and I got a late start and only had time to venture up to Pawtuckaway State Park. It was a gorgeous day and so even if we could only enjoy part of it, we still wanted to get outside. Although there were 5 cars in the parking area (one of which was the chompmobile)), a huge crowd for Pawtuckaway standards, we only saw only one other hiker the entire afternoon. However, on the summit ridge we did see a strange visitor, who up till now had only been talked about, but never photographed. Thought only to be in Nepal or Tibet, here he was in southern NH, He was admiring the views and never saw us, we took a couple of pictures and ran like crazy before he discovered us! Here they are, http://community.webshots.com/user/dms123100 The abominal snowman in person!
