One of the better view points to the right of the summit rock in the Catskill's. Start from Peekamoose TH on CR42. County road 42 is in the back woods, it is out there. The trail to the summit rises in levels, up for a bit, than level, up for a bit, than level. Very nice hardwood area. The upper portion of the trail goes thru some evergreen and nice rock formations. A couple of good viewing points on the way up, also. Summit is wooded but the viewing point is less than 50 yards from the summit, a nice ledge to sit and rest on.
