Trail Conditions One must park at the Loj Rd. as S. Meadow Rd. is barricaded with concrete barriers. The road and truck trail are in excellent condition for skiing, and we saw many folks doing just that. Beyond Marcy Dam, still good, packed snowcoer to Phelps Junction. Some exposed rocks shortly after Phelps Junction. From this point on, everyone was in snowshoes, and doing fine. The few icy areas had adequate snowcover for snowshoes.
