Pierce - Jackson Trail Conditions?

Has anybody hiked the Webster-Jackson or Webster Cliff trails recently? I'm interested in the current conditions - monorail, etc.

The main area of concern is between the Mizpah Hut (opened as of 5/8 according to the AMC website) and Jackson.

Any first-hand information would be greatly appreciated.
