Did Pitchoff point to point east to west. I was hoping to do the hike before forcasted clouds and rain moved in but as typical in the 'dacks weather does its own thing. Most of the hike was in strong winds and scattered showers, but still enjoyable! Trail was in good condition with no snow or winter conditions anywhere in site. Some spring mud in spots and of course the rain made the numerous rocks wet but with good hiking boots traction wasn't an issue. Think I might have seen rain blow upwards for the first time with strong gusts at the top, lol. Usually hike during the week so seeing upwards of 30 people on the trail was a change of pace, but not at all unpleasant.
