I'm trying to salvage a hiking season (was just diagnosed w/ sesamoiditis in my right foot). my major peakbagging is suspended until I can see how this goes... but June is coming up fast & there's a somewhat short window for alpine flora.
Anyway I may try to get in one or two moderate hikes (probably <= 4 miles, <= 1000-1500ft el gain, not sure yet...) based from the upper sections of the Mt Washington Auto Road, if I can convince one or two other hikers to join me & the details work out. This may be without much advance notice, and/or on a weekday. Pace would be erratic (moderate over the felsenmeer, slow if I find something I'm looking for)
