Question about March 18th Eisenhower weather

Given the following info...

Mt Washington summit at about 0 degrees F, with winds about 30mph.
Highland Center at about 20 degrees F, with winds about 10mph.

What's a good guess at temp and wind on Eisenhower at that same time?

we had them the temp around 1pm at about 5000 ft give or take at about 0 -

I think it may have been a bit lower b/c this was a thermomter on someone pack - so it may have been a degree or 2 higher? can't help you with the winds on ike - but I would guess they were somewhere b/t 10-20 - even on the top of washington I don't think they were higher than 25 when we were up there around 2:30ish.

I would say on ike - 0 to 5F - with a 10-15 mph wind!! my guess.
