Road conditions around Puffer and Bullhead

Does anyone knows if the roads in that area are plowed/packed/dry ???

(kings flow and/or rond pond...
or harvey road that goes to Thirteen Lake).

I took that road 2 weekends ago. that was 5 days after the nor-easter and it was open all the way. i was suprised becouse speculator area had 4 foot snow banks. by the time i got to india lake the snow amounts were half as much. road should be no problem now. (kings flow road, dont know about 13th lake)
