The stream crossings on the Lower Rocky Branch (Jericho Road trailhead) are usually not as problematic as the three to five on the Isolation East Trail, but there are many, many more (10 or 12?), and the rounded hopping boulders always seem to be slick with slippery lichens because of the shade and limited use. Also, there are extensive wet boggy sections that rarely dry out, similar to the Upper Rocky Branch west of the Height of Land (Rt. 16 trailhead).
