Trail Conditions: Ascent from Rt 9 over Blueberry Cobbles & Bald, over to Rocky Peak Ridge & Giant and then down via Roaring Brook Falls. Trails in excellent shape, some erosion coming up Giant from the col but everything was very manageable.
Special Equipment Required: Sunscreen, plenty of water. Limited opportunities to pump on this trail.
Comments: When we arrived at the Rt 9 parking area there was a 20-25 passenger bus in the lot with Quebec plates. Between Bald and Rocky Peak Ridge we passed most of that group in pairs or alone. Several asked directions, which if you've been on this trail is rather comical since there are no side trails to get lost on. The bus must have dropped this group at one of the Giant trail heads and was then waiting for them on Rt 9.
Blueberries are pretty picked over on the Cobbles.
